Settla is a web-based CRM application designed for real estate agencies engaged in buying, renting, and selling residential properties. Its primary goal is to streamline the daily operations of agents by helping them track clients, manage property listings, stay on top of meetings, and monitor the status of every deal in real time.

The core challenge was to bring clarity and structure to the chaotic workflows real estate agents often face. Instead of juggling clients across messengers, spreadsheets, and notebooks, they needed a single, intuitive space to manage it all.
